iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch Email Setup
If you want to access your Zoom email account on your iPad or iPhone, please review the following steps:
- Tap the Settings app with the ⚙ gear icon.
- Scroll down and tap Mail
- Tap Accounts to display a list of current mail accounts setup on your device
- Tap Add Account near the bottom
- Tap Other at the bottom
- Tap Add Mail Account
- Enter the following information:
- Name - the name you want to show on emails you send.
- Email - your full &a zoominternet.net email address.
- Password - your account password.
- Description - Zoominternet.
- Tap Next
- Select IMAP

Enter Incoming Mail Server settings -- ALL fields must be completed

Host Name: imap.zoominternet.net on port 993
- User Name & Password: Your Zoom Internet user name and password.

Enter Outgoing Mail Server settings -- ALL fields must be completed
- Host Name: smtp.zoominternet.net on port 587
- User Name & Password: Your Zoom Internet user name and password.
- Tap Next
- The account will verify, if successful, then tap Save on the last screen
That's it. You should now be able to access your Zoom email account on your iOS device.
Verifying Email Security
If you've previously set up your E-mail on an iOS device, please verify that you have outgoing authentication enabled by following these steps:
iOS 13
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Passwords & Accounts
- Tap your Zoom E-mail address
- Tap smtp.zoominternet.net
- Tap smtp.zoominternet.net once more under primary server
- Fill in your username and password
- Use SSL should be enabled
- Authentication: Password
- Verify Server Port is 587
- Tap Done in the upper right to verify & save your settings
iOS 14
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Mail
- Tap on Accounts
- Tap your Zoom E-mail address
- Tap smtp.zoominternet.net
- Tap smtp.zoominternet.net once more under primary server
- Fill in your username and password
- Use SSL should be enabled
- Authentication: Password
- Verify Server Port is 587
- Tap Done in the upper right to verify & save your settings
